How to Find Your Order Number

Your order number was included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It typically starts with #NBS followed by a series of numbers (e.g., #NBS1001). If you created an account, you can also find your order number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Shipping Status Guide

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed Your order has been received and payment has been processed. It is now in our queue for fulfillment.
Processing Your order is being prepared for shipment. Items are being picked, packed, and labeled.
Shipped Your order has left our facility. A tracking number has been emailed to you.
In Transit Your package is on its way. Use the tracking number to monitor progress with the carrier.
Out for Delivery Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered Your package has been delivered to the shipping address.
Freight Scheduled For large equipment: the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Freight Deliveries: If your order is shipping via LTL freight, the carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
