1 Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by National Blast Supply are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product category. Below is a summary of typical warranty coverage:

2 How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at warranty@nationalblastsupply.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide documentation — Include photos or video of the defect. This helps us expedite your claim with the manufacturer.
  3. We coordinate with the manufacturer — We will handle all communication with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  4. Resolution — Depending on the manufacturer's determination, you will receive a repair, replacement, or credit.

3 What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (gloves, lenses, nozzles, filters, hoses)
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Damage caused by using incompatible blasting media
