Our Commitment: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return process.
1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

2 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us — Email returns@nationalblastsupply.com or call 1-800-555-1234 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive RMA number — We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3 Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns:

| Large equipment / freight returns | Up to 20% + return freight costs |
4 Exchanges
If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time. If you prefer a direct exchange, please contact our team and we will accommodate where possible.
5 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Refunds for freight returns may take up to 10 business days due to carrier settlement timelines.
