1 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times depend on the size and weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Important: Transit times listed above are estimates and do not include order processing time (typically 1–3 business days). Freight shipments for large equipment may require additional scheduling with the carrier.
2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for custom-configured equipment, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For large equipment shipped via LTL freight, shipping costs will be quoted during the checkout process or upon request.

4 Freight Shipments & Large Equipment
Blast cabinets, industrial systems, and other heavy equipment ship via LTL freight carriers. Please note the following for freight deliveries:
- Curbside delivery is the standard freight service. The driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point at ground level.
- Liftgate service is available for an additional fee if you do not have a loading dock or forklift.
- Inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if you require this service.
- You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
5 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page.
6 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Freight Inspection Tip: For all freight deliveries, we strongly recommend inspecting the packaging and equipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. This will expedite any damage claims.
